Keven New Zealand
Hello! My name's Keven. I'm from New Zealand and I've been in Taiwan for over 15years. I graduated from university with a Bachelor of Science. During my time teaching here I have obtained two TESOL certificates as well as a ton of experience in teaching English as a second language. I think having a good class involves creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere, where students are comfortable to speak English and make mistakes. The more students speak the faster they improve so I try to create as many interesting opportunities for them to practice what they know and what they have learned. I also teach new ideas, grammar, and vocabulary in practical ways, not just, “that word means this”, but as a sentence the way the word/idiom is used in everyday or in business conversations.
Catherine United States
Hi. I'm Catherine from the States. I graduated from UCLA with a BA in History. I have more than ten years of work experience in adult English language education. I like to create a fun, dynamic and interactive learning environment in which students experience educational success and personal satisfaction. An effective way of getting students to practice and produce target language is to engage them in active discussion and student talking time. I believe a setting where they should feel comfortable communicating in English and taking risks to use the language they are learning is conducive to enjoyable and successful learning.

 Rebecca United Kingdom
Hi all. I'm Rebecca from England. I majored in English during my university days at York Uni. I believe my task is to facilitate the learning process, to encourage and motivate those students that have the desire to learn. One of the key components of a successful teacher is to create an atmosphere of learning that the students will find interesting and stimulates their desire to continue learning. Mistakes should be treated as a learning opportunity, therefore, mistakes are an integral part of the learning process. I believe that the student’s success is my success!
